Market Strategy: Analyze the potential of the B2C market in the operational area and develop effective promotional strategies (canvassing, exhibitions, or social media).
Credit Quality: Conducting initial supervision of prospective debtors eligibility to ensure that applications submitted meet the company’s risk criteria.
Relationship Management: Maintaining solid partnerships with dealer networks (particularly Honda/PT Nusantara Sakti Group) and expanding the network of agents/mediators.
Reporting: Compiling daily, weekly and monthly marketing activity reports and providing recommendations for improvement to the Branch Manager and Area Manager.
As a Marketing Supervisor at PT Nusa Surya Ciptadana, my role is to be the driving force behind the marketing team. I focus not only on aplication/booking, but also on developing the capabilities of my team members. Inventory & Cash Management: Overseeing prize stock in the game ticket exchange area, availability of game cards and ensuring accurate and transparent cashier deposit reports.
Business Growth: Collaborating with the event marketing team for B2C and B2B marketing through the execution of special events or promotions to increase the number of visits to the site.
At PT Trans Rekreasindo/Trans Studio Mini, my role is not just to make sure the rides are running, but to ensure customer satisfaction from the moment they enter until they leave. As an Operations Supervisor, I am a problem solver in the field, from handling long queues on weekends to making sure my staff continue to give their best smiles even during busy hours. In essence, my job is to maintain ride safety while ensuring the business remains profitable.
I lead an operational team consisting of 21 people, 16 daily workers, 2 cashiers, and 3 of event marketing staff.
